My husband ate a Big Mac that he had just picked up. Aug Macdo he was very hungry and at the last bite he started to feel dizzy and feel super sick he vomited he is all white and he is not well at all• he was very well before and was hungry  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

June 29, 2023 Grimace Birthday shake Both my son and I became sick after a few sips of the shake. We did not have anything else from there, just the shake. Next day update: My son & I were sick all night and are still nauseous today. Other than nausea, all of are other symptoms are minimal.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Consumption of McRib and Royal TS. Served with riffle fries with sourcream dip.

Night was hell! Nausea started just one hour after consumption.
Vomit all the contents of the stomach in the middle of the night.
