Additional information: 2 people suffered food poisoning after ordering from McDonald's. We both ordered different things and trzdm both had the same symptoms.

Ordered a strawberry milkshake as a very hot day today (Sat 17th June 23)and wanted to drink it outdoors & cool off. 1hr later severe cramping; swollen abdomen, flatulence and then urgency for the bathroom leading to explosive diarrhoea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Flatulence, Cramps, Swelling
