We were at McDonald's on March 8/23, where the kids had their Happy Meals as usual. Everything was okay during the day. By the evening, they were already complaining about stomachaches and that's when it really started at night. Thank you very much too.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, have had diarreha and vomiting for last 24 hours. Diarrhea started 2 hours after eating and vomiting about 4 hours later.
