Sorry for the detail however, after having a share box of mozzarella dippers I was left being violently sick and whilst projectile vomiting I choked on the mozzarella which was coming up.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Around 7 am this morning got big breakfast w/ hotcakes, sausage egg biscuit, and unsweetened iced tea. Now 3pm and I've been having acid reflux from hell along with stomach pain/bloating and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Acid reflux
