Both my wife and I experienced severe stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea after having an iced coffee frappe from here on Friday 4/3/22, my fell sick immediately and did not eat for the rest of the day, I fell sick this morning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I have pain in the morning, every time the same, after the big mac in the evening, in the morning I suffer 12 hours... 2 last time in Geneva, the same pains.
