Yesterday. 3/1/2025 I ate at McDonald's had a fish fillet combo. Couple hours later I was severely nauseated and throwing up followed by diarrhea. Not sure. I think it was the McDonald's though. I rarely eat out. No  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
