My last meal was march 22nd at 12pm. I got off work and grabbed nuggets from them at around 11pm almost 11hours later. So it could not be anything else, i woke up throwing up and now i have a lot more issues. Currently having to miss work and best part my birthday is tomorrow… thanks for ruining  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

At mcdonalds. bought my son shamrock shake Saturday 3/11 few hours later he threw it up and has been ill ever since. He doesn't regularly get sick like this. Many reports of same issues from shamrock shake beware.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
