My fiance brought my lunch at work I ate 2 cheese burgers ... it was the only thing I had eaten all day ...now I am fighting a horrible case of food poisoning... yes I went to hospital and they confirmed it was food poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate my menu at 7:45pm. I took a CBO with medium fried and medium coca and a M&M's caramel mc flurry. At 10pm I start to have intestinal cramps as well as stomach aches, nausea and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Stomach Pain

7/19/21 Had a sausage egg McMuffin. 8:30am. No decafe coffee stated it would take 20 minutes to make. What a joke. Sausage egg McMuffin had uncooked muffin. Kind of wet with something orange in the sandwich muffin.
