Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter, I got up for a snack around 9:30 P.M. 8-6-23. Ate Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter on Fresh white bread, In about 12 hours (8-7-23) had cramping and then diarrhea for around 6-7 hours. I took anti-diarrhea meds 3 times. Finally let up for now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Today Stouffer's Mac & Five Cheese 15 - 20 mins after eating it I had a bowel movement but still felt nausea then eventually threw up. It was just as cheesy coming up as it was going down. Yuck. It was the only thing Ive eaten today. I still feel sick. Ugh  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea
