It happened last month. I had a wrap with cheese and chips then, at night I my stomach was really bad. I had diarrhea like water and at the same time I had vomits also fiber and nausea. The day after I couldn’t move or eat or do anything so I stayed home in bed. It was horrible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I went to Nando’s about 1.30 felt fine until 5 ish then felt hot and like I needed to be sick, 11pm with sever abdominal pain followed by violent vomit and diarrhoea. I ate chicken in a Pitta bread  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered chicken in Pitta with cheese. The chicken was hard and rubbery. I returned it and was given a fresh one. However within the hour I got a very bad tummy ache and diarrhoea. I also felt really sick and tired., had to go to bed. Not good.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
