Ate mac and cheese with beef. That night and the next day I vomited constantly and had diarrhea, plus abdominal pain and a fever. Food tasted fine but there must have been something wrong with it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My daughter and I both had the mac and cheese. It was more watery than usual. The restaurant was very dirty. About 24 hrs on the dot later my daughter and I were both vomiting, had diarrhea, and fever. There were no other foods we ate in common in the 24 hrs before being sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
