Ate the pizza for leftovers in the morning. My mom experienced cramps and diarrhea the night before from the cheese pizza. And I have thrown up have diarrhea cramps nausea from the same Pizza.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate 3 slices of Papa Murphys stuffed pizza and blacked out 30 minutes later. 3 other people ate the pizza as well, we all suffered nausea, dizziness, and a seizure.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Dizziness
