I bought a Chicken Caesar salad from food court on 5/17/2025 around 5:45pm. I came home and stored it in the refrigerator until roughly 7pm. First had diarrhea about an hour after eating it. Started vomiting around 4;45am and again at 7am  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I am at panera's bread cedar lake avenue in St. Louis park, minnesota. Since yesterday about 3 o'clock I had a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. And within 5 to 6 hours, I had significant diarrhea cramping and diarrhea that lasted about 3 to 4 hours.… See more
