It was the morning of September 22, 2017 at QT, 321 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ. I picked up a QT Hotzi Split Sausage Square Wrap. About two hours later I began to have cramps and it's lasted for 24 hours so far.  | Symptoms: Nausea

I got a steak and cheese Toquito and 2 hours later I had stomach cramps vomiting diarrhea and dizziness I went to the hospital it was horrible  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness

Severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. I spent 8 hours in the ER being treated for hypovolemia and low magnesium from the dehydration. My symptoms started one hour after consumption and I was hospitalized 7 hours later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
