It is possible to get food poisoning if you purchase food from a warehouse store. The most common symptoms of Sam's Club food poisoning include diarrhea and nausea. And the most common diagnosis is Salmonella.The most recent record, an E.coli outbreak, occurred in 2019 and affected 17 people.

Bought turkey wraps pinwheels, 2 of 5. After eating two, it tasted different. Two hrs later, my stomach was gurgling and had to rush to bathroom. I had diarrhea and was throwing up too. After eating sushi from Sam’s Club I felt very ill and started vomiting. I threw up at least seven times. My boyfriend also had the sushi and was very sick.
