I wanted to eat some terriaki chicken and shrimp w/ rice for dinner. After I had consumed the meal, 30 minutes later I felt nauseous and had to go to the restroom. After having painful diarrhea, I threw up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Was in a hurry to see GNR, so I stopped at the Hanes mall Food Court. Got the Teriyaki chicken. Started feeling bloated and nauseous within an hour, spent the rest of the weekend in the bathroom. Still drinking pedialyte and trying to rest.
