Taco salad. Almost immediately after eating salad freshly made I started to have bad gas . Throughout the evening i kept running to the bathroom thinking it was diarrhea but nothing happened. “I ate the Kale Cesar salad, I felt sick soon after and had incredible nausea, burps, acid reflux and it took about ten hours to vomit, still there were pieces of leaves !!! and then having pain in stomach!
