I stopped and got a Nacho Fries Box meal on 4/20/2022. this was the first thing i'd eaten all day. About 30 min. after i ate i had the worst stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea i've had since my appendix ruptured back in 2020.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

Last night I had here, not even an hour later my stomach was in so much pain, and I was throwing up until I had nothing left in my stomach, then I had to painfully keep dry heaving.
