I ate a nachos bell grande, double Decker taco and a 7 layer burrito. I'm positive I got sick from there. I've been having diarrhea and throwing up all night from eating there. Ate 1 1/2 regular crunchy tacos at 1:30pm 10/3. Became severely ill that evening. I have never been this sick in my life. For the first time in my life I considered calling 911, but I couldn't make it to my phone.
