5 employees from same company. Three of them got sick. One is severely sick (high fever, vomiting, diarrhea), one moderately (diarrhea), another one just felt an upset stomach. Felt uneasy after eating the food initially and had to pull over to throw up on the drive home. Felt better instantly after but about 3-4 hours later I experienced severe abdominal pain which resulted in vomiting, dirarrea, fever and chills.
