double chalupa, Symptoms started at 6 AM. I ate the double chalupa around Midnight. I vomited everything up, felt like I was going to poop my pants. Went back to sleep, 3 hours later, pooped liquid, then vomited right after and got cold sweat. Have a headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Sweating

I had 1 taco and 2 slices of a Chicken quesadilla, I had 1 taco and 2 slices of a Chicken quesadilla. I was with my two grandsons. They didn’t get sick, only I got sick, 5 hours later   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
