Taco John's Food Poisoning

Fast food tacos have been known to cause food poisoning. Nausea and diarrhea are the most commonly reported symptoms from a Taco John's food poisoning incident. A Taco John's E. Coli outbreak attributed to tainted lettuce occurred in 2006 that sickened over 75 and hospitalized 18.

ordered our meals and ate in. We thought nothing of it. At around 12:00am both me and my SO woke up with the worst stomach pain we have had in a long time. We were up all night trying to remedy it before we got sick. We soon got very sick, and still are going through the symptoms of food poisoning as of now when I am typing this at 8:00am.
