I microwaved Great Value’s ready rice and ate it and now I’m feeling kinda sick. It said on the package to put in the microwave for 90 seconds I did that and it seemed fine except it was dry and that’s about it. 5-10 mins after I ate I felt nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea

not sure I ate organic avocados, spinach, and kale on Sunday and Monday morning was very sick with severe stomach pain, diarrhea and headache. I still have symptoms this morning—Wednesday but less severe  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain

Mango  I pealed the mango and cut it into pieces.  My daughter age7 threw up in under 5 minutes of consumption.  I ate two small pieces from her leftover fruit and I now feel nauseous and have diarrhea.    | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea
