I had Jr. Cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoes, French fries and a coke yesterday afternoon 10/2/18 about 3:00 pm. About 7:30 pm I got was sicker than dog and didn’t quit throwing up until about 10:00 pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a Wendys taco salad on Friday, Setember 28, 2018 at 12:30 om and became violently ill at 9 pm on September 29, 2018. I threw up every 2-3 hours until 7 am on Monday morning October 1, 2018.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
