I had a large chili and plain baked potato for lunch yesterday. A few hours after I started feeling very uncomfortable and nauseous. I then started vomitting violently on and off for the next 3 hours. I will never eat at wendy s again!  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea

Single cheeseburger combo. Started feeling ill once I got back on the road, had to pull over about 20 minutes later and vomited up everything. Got home and threw up again. Had been feeling fine beforehand :(  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I purchased a 4 for $4 with the double stacker the soda machine was broken so I had the fountain strawberry lemonade this is about 2:40 pm 12/30 by 4pm I had the runs then vomiting. I left work an continue to vomit then i went to the E.R  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
