April 17 2022, Marshmallow Mate's cereal I was running a fever and had extreme stomach pain, lethargy, confusion, and non stop vomiting after eating two bowls of the cereal. I have not felt right since.  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Confusion
