Ate grilled chicken ceasar salad at 6pm. Nov. 3rd. Went to bed around 730/8pm. Woke up around 9pm sick as a dog until 10am the next day. Nov. 4. Was finally able to get out of bed at 5pm. Today Nov. 6, head is pounding, and i still feel out of it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Dizziness
