Ate on Sunday night for dinner a chicken sandwich and woke up in the middle of the night vomiting for an hour. Then laid back down only to run back to the bathroom with non stop diarrhea. I feel very sick and fatigued today.

昨天吃了汉堡王，点了鸡肉招标，里面有薯条，蜂蜜芥末酱和苏打水。两个小时后我得到了不停的呕吐和 dierreah。太激烈了，我不得不去医院治疗严重的脱水和 155 的心率。我再也不会在汉堡王吃东西了。
