7 月 4 日晚上 8 点。烧烤鸡肉、排骨、queso 奶酪蘸肉、青豆、西兰花砂锅。凌晨 3 点醒来时会出现剧烈的胃痛，演变为严重的腹泻、恶心，最终出现剧烈的发烧，伴有寒战、肌肉酸痛和疼痛。第二天晚上发烧爆发了。看起来像两周前在这个地点发生的另一起事件。
