我吃了新奥尔良的意大利面，里面有虾、鸡肉、香肠。那天晚上严重呕吐了 7 次，第二天又呕吐了。腹泻 4 天。一直以来最痛苦的身体疼痛，无法缓解。现在是第 5 天，我还是一团糟。几乎无法四处移动，很快就气喘吁吁，虚弱，疲劳。不过不会再呕吐了。
