45 min after eating it, the symptoms started. Diarrhea and vomiting. Lasted all day. It was the only possible food related to being sick. Everything else eaten before or after had been homemade, and eaten the following couple days with no issue. I felt the need to…

On March 6, I ate the chicken salad with black beans, mild salsa, cheese and salad dressing at 11am and became nauseous at 215pm. By 230 I was vomiting and had diarrhea which has only gotten worse. I have not been able to keep anything down since…
