昨晚2/2/2026 Chipotle墨西哥卷饼碗（猪肉）Carnitas碗配米饭、黑豆、全部3种莎莎酱、猪肉、蔬菜、酸奶油和鳄梨酱。下午早些时候吃了一个Carnitas碗 - 很美味。几个小时后，胃痛和大量呕吐。我一整天没有吃别的东西，除了这个墨西哥卷饼碗。

Chicken Burrito with guacamole. Something was off about the chicken. Through up 13 hours after. Also had a upset stomach. Second time in two months. I did not report the first time.
