I ate at chipotle and had diarrhea up the ass for sure. I think i contracted dysentery and I think I might die. F**k you for poisoning me and trying to kill me.

I had a burrito on 12/26/17 around 7pm at chipotle 8 E Madison st Chicago IL.. Later that night I experienced food poisoning symptoms. If condition doesn't get better tonight I will need to stop by ER.

I have eaten at several locations in the city but every time I eat at the Madison location, I get all the above symptoms. I would like to let the owner know so no one else gets sick. I'm so upset that I can't enjoy your food anymore.
