Bowl - brown rice, sofritas, peppers and onions, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce.
Had it for dinner at 7:30pm. Went to bed feeling nauseous. Woke up later at night throwing up and the whole 9 yards. Still feeling nauseous 24hrs later. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
