进食后大约 2-3 个小时，开始感到非常疲劳，然后头部感到沉重，陷入了我不得不停止开车然后站在肩膀上的最恶心的感觉。和我丈夫一起开车去我们目的地的停车场 6 分钟路程，我几乎无法把它放在一起。我知道我会吐出来，但这需要时间，而且我不知道怎么让自己呕吐。太恶心和幽闭恐惧症了，我的肚子生病了将近一个小时。白花油的香味帮助我平静下来。把它擦在我腹部感觉有气的部分，然后实际上把所有食物都推起来了，几秒钟后我就扔掉了。然后停顿一下然后又吐了起来，我吃了最后一点。:( (((世界上最糟糕的感觉。我哭了，我的整个身体都在颤抖。

Tassos 大蒜和 jalapeño 橄榄。吃一只橄榄腹泻大约一小时后开始并控制了 8 个小时。只是我。

Not sure. Spinach? My best guess was a bag of baby spinach from there. Or maybe breakfast sandwich from another location

I ate these two days in a row and both times I felt nausea and had a massive heat flash. Thought maybe it was something else and had one the second day and it was worse. I'm throwing them away. They were the cranberry/orange bisconi.
