Came here at night and ordered two egg and sausage burritos. Hour later, had the runs and vomitting. I had organic fruit earlier in the day so i know, without a doubt, this is what made me sick.

Ate nothing but a egg mcmuffin from mcdonalds off of junipero serra in daly city. Painful cramps, diarrhea and nausea.
