吃了 mac、奶酪和 panera steak cibatta 之后我病得很厉害... 我很痛苦 diareah 睡在厕所里... 小心！！有人检查一下这个地方。牛排闻起来了尽管是洋葱或 chibatta 酱汁或者含水的通心粉和奶酪我需要 Er。

Ate a salad (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, & crutons) with fresh made chicken salad & white balsamic dressing on top. Was sick with fever, aches, pains, & diarrhea 48 hrs later. Sick for 7 plus days...Bloodwork / stool Cultures / the works...not good at all...
