12/29/22 买了嘉年华土豆、黑豆和 soft taco supreme 和炒豆。大约 2 小时后整晚都在呕吐和腹泻。第二天在医院接受脱水治疗

I ordered a grilled cheese burrito box from here. I had same chipotle sauce from the Chicken Quesadillas put on there instead of the hotter chipotle sauce that it comes with. I swapped out the cinnamon twists for nachos and cheese. And for the drink I ordered…
