我的侄子有所有症状也有头晕，我和侄子在 23 年 4 月 11 日在 Wendy's 吃过辣椒我侄子吃了我不认识的辣椒但是汉堡是未煮熟的生吃给他的，我那个汉堡还在冰上。我们给医院的医生和护士看了。而且找律师还是不走运。他们想要容易胜诉的大肠杆菌病例，他们不想无济于事。甚至没有人会对汉堡进行测试。温迪的律师说，无论如何他们都驳回了大部分案件。我有所有食谱医院报告的食物和处方照片还有一个还在冰上的汉堡...我自己有所有症状

I went to Wendy’s and got a jr bacon cheeseburger and I took a couple bites and the bacon and lettuce smelt funny so I stopped eating it. An hour later I was nauseas and threw up and everything I tried to eat or drink after that I couldn’t hold it down for the next 24hrs
