3 月 5 日中午 12 点左右拿起午餐。我丈夫和我都订购了辣椒，他有一个鸡肉三明治，我订购了鱼。我生病了但他没有。可能是鱼或鞑靼酱。症状开始于 4:30 左右呕吐到晚上 9 点，腹泻持续整夜。也有发冷和抽筋。

On June 14th, approximately 6pm, I purchased/consumed a JR Bacon Cheeseburger. I became nauseous and started vomiting approximately 5pm June 15th.
On June 23, approximately 3pm, I purchased/consumed a JR Bacon Cheeseburger and was awaken on June 24th approximately 7am with diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.
