今天，2 月 14 日，我在下午 3 点左右订购食物，翅膀上有 6 个骨头，奶酪薯条和一杯饮料。我收到的其中一个牧场敷料看起来不太好，里面有一个绿点，我只是把那个放在一边然后使用了另一个给我的。吃饭后大约 45 分钟，我的胃不安，不断发出噪音，我正在经历胃痉挛，然后大约 30 分钟后我在一天的剩余时间里经历了腹泻。这是我今天唯一吃过的东西。

I ordered through Uber eats yesterday. Woke up in the morning with the worst stomach craps followed my diarrhea and vomiting. Its 100% the only thing I ate allday yesterday.

Garlic Parmesan wings. When I walked in cook was handling food with out gloves, employee who attended me didn’t wash hands either came from the back. Another employee was in plain site chowing down on food and watching the game. Seemed also very unprofessional, when I walked…
