I ordered a chicken bowl to go with black and pinto beans, mild salsa, xtra sour cream corn and lettuce. everything was fine and I ate it around 7:30 pm. I went to bed around 12:30 am no problems. I woke up around 7:30 am with waves of nausea and couldn't fall back asleep until finally around 9:35 am I ended up violently vomiting up the chipotle with the food still intact, it wasn't digested fully. this lasted for a good 5 minutes and was painful. I had to call in sick from work, and I know I can't stomach anything else. this all happened on January 4th 2016 (yesterday) and January 5th 2016 (today) it is currently 11:31 am and I am still having nausea and vomiting issues. | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
