On Saturday I got a sofritas bowl with brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. Got diarrhea 2 hours later. Next day vomiting and diaherra. Monday I had to go to doctor from being dehydrated. I'm still nauseous today. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
