On March 22, 2018, my entire family ate there for dinner. Everyone but me just had rice, chicken and cheese. I had a salad with chicken, salsas, sour cream and cheese. On Saturday morning, March 24, I felt nauseous with massive stomach pains. All day on Sunday, I felt nauseous with bouts of diarrhea and vomiting and stomach cramping. I finally went to the dr on Monday morning who advised me to go to the ER. There I was tested for a number of issues but eventually, it was confirmed that it was food poisoning, salmonella poisoning to be exact. This was at the same time as the issues with the romaine lettuce began. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 抽筋, 胃痛
