I usually eat at this place 3 times a week. I had a salad. It was lettuce, chicken, mild tomato salsa, corn salsa, pinto beans, brown rice, guac, and fajita. About 30 minutes after eating. This is the first time I have ever been sick from food. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
