I am writing to formally complain about a serious case of food poisoning resulting from a meal at your restaurant.On 4-13-2026 at approximately 5:15 my party of 2 at Cinzetti's. We ordered 2 all you can eat dishes. It was my son’s 30th birthday dinner. My son ate chicken and pasta. I ate Mussels and pasta.
I myself from our party became severely ill with symptoms Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, headache, tingling around my mouth, and dizziness starting on 4-14-2026 at 6:00 AM.
We believe the illness was caused by the Mussels I consumed at your establishment as I was the only one who ate them and became ill.
As a result of this incident, I suffered pain, sickness and ended up missing several days of work.
I expect a full refund of our bill—amounting to $80.77 and compensation for missed work I also urge you to investigate your kitchen procedures to ensure other patrons are not affected.
I did call your establishment on 4-16-2026 at about 4:29 pm. I was so sick the manager whom I spoke with said his name too fast. I told him what happened and he didn’t seem to care. He then asked how many people got sick. I told him that it was me as I am the only one who eats seafood. He took my name and phone number and reluctantly said he guessed he will have to investigate and he will call me back and he never did. Not even a sorry this happened on your son’s birthday or anything. He was rude, arrogant, and uncaring.
