- comments: observed handwashing sink in prep area not accessible for handwashing filled with cleaning equipment, bleach, dish soap and not properly draining. Instructed manager to remove all items and properly repair handwashing sink in prep area. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed single service articles not inverted in prep area. Instructed manager to invert all single service articles to protect from contamination.

- comments: observed raw wood surfaces on floor and shelving behind front counter. Instructed manager to seal all raw wood surfaces to make smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: observed grease buildup and food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment, shelving units, prep tables, coolers, freezers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
