Had dinner last night. Had water to drink. I had a chipotle chicken burrito bowl and shared chips and guacamole with my boyfriend. He had beef tacos. About an hour after eating I started feeling really nauseous and immediately after feeling sick started having diarrhea followed by chills. My boyfriend had an upset stomach and nausea all night. We both hardly slept from stomach cramps and still have stomach cramps today. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 寒战
