Got McDonald's at 9pm 2/5/18. Mushroom Swiss add bacon, small fry, large doctor pepper. Approx 945 stomach started to hurt. 10 pm nausea started. 10 pm to now 12pm, 7 explosive bowel movements. Vomited at 11:15pm.No off taste, no visual clues, meat, both burger and bacon were cooked well. Fries were not hot, but were crisp. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
