A quesadilla with romaine lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and chicken. Eaten not long before 8pm. Sudden nausea at about 10:30pm. Vomit a handful of times at 11:20. Chills, fatigue, and stomach cramps follow. Wakes up multiple times throughout the night, puking a handful of times with every wake. Also, diarrhea along with the vomit; pure liquid with a blood-red tint. Inability to hold down water. Then overheating and clammy. Finally at 1pmish feels hot to the touch. Temp is 101.6 F. Store hung up on us. Now able to drink a little water and eat small bites of bland foods. Last threw up at 7am but still the same diarrhea, stomach cramps, fever, and fatigue. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 疲劳
